After earning his BS in Music Education, Dranchek continued private study with Oberbrunner, and attended master classes given by many renowned flutists, including Julius Baker, Carol Wincenc, Thomas Nyfenger, Bernard Goldberg, and Michael Debost. Mr. Dranchek appears frequently throughout Central New York as a soloist and chamber musician, most often with his long-time performing partner, Patricia De Angelis.
